Maryse Aulagnon

President and CEO, Founder of Finestate

A graduate of Sciences Po Paris and ENA, Maryse Aulagnon founded the Affine Group—a recognized player in commercial real estate investment—and led it for nearly thirty years.

In 2019, she founded Finestate with the goal of bringing the quality and service standards of the hotel industry to urban lodging.

Alain Chaussard

Chief Executive Officer of Finestate

A graduate of École Centrale de Paris, Sciences Po Paris, and ENSAE, with a master’s degree in mathematics, Alain Chaussard began his career in the banking sector at Crédit Lyonnais and then at Crédit Chimique. In 1989, he joined Banque Stern as deputy CEO, before returning to Crédit Lyonnais in 1992 to lead the group’s structured finance division.

He served as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Euris beginning in 1996 and joined the Affine Group in 1998, where he became vice president in 2000, working alongside Maryse Aulagnon. Today, he brings this dual expertise in finance and real estate to Finestate, where he serves as CEO.

Iwane Rousset

Head of Hotel Operations

A graduate of ESSEC Business School with a master’s degree in hotel management (IMHI), Iwane Rousset has more than seven years of operational, managerial, and financial experience in the hospitality industry.

Trained at Glion and holds a master’s degree in International Hospitality Management (emlyon business school and Institut Paul Bocuse)

Côme Attia-Leopold

Hotel Manager, Finestate

He holds an MBA in International Hospitality and Luxury Brand Management from the CMH Academy.
