What is the minimum length of stay?
The minimum stay is 4 nights, and you can stay for one month, renewable at your convenience.
Are the studios furnished?
Yes. Finestate studios are furnished, fully equipped, and ready to move into: bedding, storage, a desk, a private bathroom, and either a kitchenette or a shared fully equipped kitchen, depending on the residence.
Are the fees included?
Yes, the package is designed to be simple: utilities, access to common areas, and some services are included.
Is housekeeping included?
Housekeeping is provided once every 7 days for reservations of 6 nights or more. Additional housekeeping services can be arranged for an extra fee.
Can we make a reservation for a company?
Yes. Finestate helps companies find housing for employees, consultants, freelancers, and employees on business assignments.
Are the residences close to public transportation?
Yes. The residences are located near metro stations, RER stations, or major thoroughfares to make it easier to get around for both work and personal travel.
Can you establish your residence at a Finestate residence?
No. The residences are intended for temporary housing and do not allow residents to establish a permanent address; however, reservations for several months are possible (one month, renewable at the resident’s discretion).
How do I make a reservation?
You can book online or contact the Finestate team for assistance in choosing a residence and housing.
How can we eat, have fun, and play sports?
An interactive map will appear when you click on your residence's page, and we'll keep you informed about major cultural and sporting events.
