FINESTATE Coliving is a place were I can see myself and grown family coming to stay again. You can easily stay for a week without feeling too home sick. With the addition of the rooftop terrace, common area social spaces and larger kitchen is a plus for travelling couples and families with teens/young adults. Kind Regards N.Szatmari no.41

I came from abroad and I did not know paris but this transition period was extremely smooth and easy with Finestate. The all-inclusive formula really made my life easier when I arrived. Living for nearly a year in this private mansion has been an incredible experience!!!The place is magnificent, the location is perfect, close to all amenities and above all not even 10 mins walk from the Eiffel Tower.The services offered by the residence help greatly on a daily basis and Finestate is very responsive.I recommend 200%

I stayed in the private mansion for professional reasons, and I loved the concept: a turnkey service (tastefully equipped and decorated, top-of-the-range services, cleaning included...), very well located ( quiet enough but at the foot of a metro station to get around easily), and a "home like hotel" concept that I loved!I highly recommend

I spent 16 nights at Finestate and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place outside the noise and crowds of tourists.The apartment is as the photos show: fully equipped and newly renovated. They got an incredible view from the rooftop - the Eiffel Tower included. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's a very residential neighborhood, which guarantees quietness. Noteworthy is the reliable internet connection that facilitated my work during my stay.Additionally, the apartment's location is a major advantage. With two train stations within a short walk, it's incredibly convenient for exploring the city and getting around. There are many restaurants in the surrounding areas and a supermarket.Overall, my stay at Finestate was exceptional, and I wouldn't hesitate to return in the future.

Maxime and his team worked wonders to accommodate me and my room amenities. Deposit was honored in a reasonable time after my departure, the house keeper is friendly and accurate, and the rooms are gorgeous. I am very happy with the whole experience! Quick to get to Paris with Metro 12 or the train. Issy is a quiet and inviting area to live in. The accommodation itself is great! Clean, nice, peaceful. The studio has everything you need, but you have additional access to: a large shared kitchen, laundry room, small gym, roof terrace where you can see the Eiffel Tower clearly and a co-working area. It is newly built and everything is fresh! Cleaning once a week in your studio, which feels very luxurious. The staff who work there are very nice!! Recommended!
